The standard birth package includes two, hour long prenatal visits, continuous birth support, and a follow up postpartum appointment.

​Some expectant families are looking for a little extra preparation! Additional prenatal appointments are available if you'd like more than the two visits included in the birth package. Prenatal visits are scheduled in hour long appointments.

I believe every birthing person should have access to the support they need to feel fully confident after birth! Additional postpartum visits are available so you can review questions with your doula, go over your birth experience, or if you just need an extra resource. Postpartum visits are also scheduled as hour long appointments.
